Payment Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers (Lenco, BroadPay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Platform
- Display your business listing to potential buyers (suppliers)
- Deliver enquiries and buyer requests between users
- Send transactional emails (enquiry confirmations, claim invitations, payment receipts)
- Send our weekly newsletter (only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Analyse Platform usage to improve our services
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in these circumstances:
- Supplier profiles and products are publicly visible on the Platform — this is the core function of the service
- Enquiry details are shared with the supplier you contact
- Buyer request details are visible to registered suppliers
- Payment processing data is shared with our payment providers
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by Zambian law or court order
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your email address or phone number with anyone other than the specific supplier you choose to contact.

Enquiry data is retained for 2 years after submission. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
8. Children's Privacy
ZambiaSuppliers is a business platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
